I offer a range of therapies which can be helpful for a number of conditions and issues including Chronic Fatigue, Fibromayalgia,Stress/anxiety, Sciatic,back and neck pain, Sports Injuries, Weight Loss, Relationship problems, Spiritual Crisis, Phobias, Depression and Stopping Smoking.

Integral Therapy is an approach to healing and health that offers a range of treatments combined to suit each individual client. I work both locally in Sheffield, UK, and Nationally and Internationally via Skype and telephone. I also offer EFT (Emotional Freedom Technique) Training, a  Live Well support group for people with Chronic Pain and Illness, Personal Development and Spiritual Emergence Support.

I also run Living from the Heart Retreats, this year there is one called Recovering Wellbeing and another called A Woman’s Circle. Recovering Wellbeing is a healing focused aimed at anyone suffering health challenges, going through difficult life transitions or depression. A Woman’s Circle is a retreat for woman to celebrate, heal and grow together.

Therapies offered include Bowen technique, Hypnotherapy, NLP, Emotional Freedom Technique (EFT), and Emmett technique.

If you’re not sure which therapy would be appropriate for you after looking round the site, we can have an initial consultation over the phone or in person to work out what you need. Sometimes one particular therapy can be very helpful in treating a particular condition or set of symptoms. Other times a combination of several therapies works better.
