Emotional Freedom Technique Training
AAMET EFT Level 1
An empowering and interactive one-day workshop which teaches you how to use this simple, powerful and effective technique for yourself. EFT can be learned by anyone – and once learned will give you lifelong skills which enable you to positively effect many problematic areas of your life – be they emotional or physical.
Whether they call it “EFT”, “MET” or simply “Tapping”, increasing numbers of people are finding that there is an effective way to bring positive change into their lives. Join us on an Introductory EFT workshop designed to enable you to experience EFT for yourself, and learn to use it for yourself and others.
You will see trainer demos in this exciting technique and as well as having the opportunity to experience using EFT first hand. You’ll be encouraged and guided by an experienced AAMET practitioner who is dedicated to giving you the tools you need to make these techniques work for you.

- apply the EFT technique with ease
- areas worked with include negative emotions, physical pain and cravings
- develop basic skills in EFT by practicing with a fellow delegate
- identify the best ways of working with EFT in order to enhance its success

AAMET EFT Level 2
If you have already completed the AAMET EFT level 1 introductory course you will know from your own experience that EFT is a powerful tool that can be used to create positive change in your own life, as well as that of others. If you are ready to take your skills to the next level, this is an opportunity not to be missed.
This 2 day course takes your learning of EFT further and gives you the opportunity to develop the tools that you need to become a confident and professional therapist. On successful completion of the course, development of the required skills, and completion of coursework you will be certified as a practitioner recognised by the AAMET. You’ll be encouraged and guided by two experienced AAMET practitioners who are dedicated to giving you the tools you need to make these techniques work for you. A full course syllabus is available.

understand how to use testing and feedback to measure progress
